These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Kokomini website (kokomini.be). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Kokomini reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.

Products and Prices

All prices shown on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Kokomini reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of placing your order.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. Kokomini reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as stock unavailability or payment issues. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and any payment made will be refunded.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to Belgium and selected European countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Kokomini is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@kokomini.be before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Privacy

Kokomini processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. Your data will only be used to process your order and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for delivery.

Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. As a consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
